Sometimes you just have to push back the pain, the heartache, and all of the struggling and remember where you’re headed. One day you’ll see Jesus face to face and all of the sadness and pain of this world will have faded like the setting sun as you bask in the light of His glorious presence. No more sorrow. No more worries or anxiety. No more darkness or depression.

All of those things will be gone.

So if the world tries to crowd in on you today and unload all of its heaviness on you, push it back and laugh, giggle like a little child as you remember: You’re on your way home where your heavenly Father waits for you and where Jesus has prepared a place specifically for YOU. And with Jesus as your Lord and Savior, this world can’t ever take that truth away.

Oh dear soul, you have so much to look forward to, such hope! And there’s so much good welling-up and overflowing from within your spirit. Don’t hold it back. Your heavenly Father wants you to experience that eternal joy now for your journey home. ♥️
