Discouragement is a powerful tool the enemy uses to keep you down. It becomes a prison filled with lies:

You’re never going to make it.

You’re not good enough.

You’re not smart enough.

You can’t do this.

Why don’t you give up already?

You’re going to make a fool out of yourself.

You’re a fraud. A phony.

Nobody cares about you.

But God says:

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be DISCOURAGED, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

Joshua 1:9 NIV, emphasis my own.

Almighty God is WITH you, leading you out of that prison of deceit and into His perfect plan. Keep stepping forward, precious soul.
