With every new year, you can decide what to take with you and what to leave behind. Think about that.
You can leave the painful memories behind, those days when darkness tried to win, days of struggling and suffering. Like cold snowflakes resting in your hands, exhale and escort them away from your mind and out of your life.
As for all the good, the moments that touched your heart, the people that brought warmth into your life, you can keep those memories close. Tuck them into your pocket and reach inside to hold them when you need a reminder on cold days that you’re not alone and life is worth living.
Of course, you can take all the memories of God’s love. Fill all your pockets with them until you run out of room. Then stash those memories away in your heart until His love overflows.
Yes. Take God’s love with you into the new year and let it spill out wherever you go. You’ll be glad you did.
Thank you Joey, I needed to see this. Bless you my friend.
